“Black★Rock Shooter” – RPG Title Coming Soon

According to Famitsu.com, artist huke will be seeing his original designed character, ｢Black★Rock Shooter｣, come to life once again in a new forthcoming RPG title.


Earlier a mysterious website appeared with a teaser video and a tagline that reads, “In 2032 A.D., all of humanity is in peril. Before she awakens… She becomes RPG.” No other further info is available, however, we should expect a formal announcement to be made soon.

“Denpa Onna to Seishun Otoko” – TV Anime Adaptation

According to Moonphase Diary, a TV anime of Irima Hitoma’s light novel series, 「Denpa Onna to Seishun Otoko」, has been green-lit for production. [Official website] — not yet opened.

The story revolves around a highschool boy named Niwa Makoto. He lives with his aunt’s family since his parents are away on business. It is there were he meets his mysterious cousin of the same age Towa Erio — who happen to tie a futon mattress around her upper body and is a self-proclaimed alien. Her staple food is pizza.

According to the latest issue of Manga Time Kirara, kakifly’s manga series, 「K-ON!」, will officially come to an end in next month’s issue — due September 9th.

The creative minds at MOONSTONE have come up with a way to use Twitter while playing eroge! With their patch for Angel Ring, you can now attach CGs, scenes, BGMs and voices to your tweet, which other players can watch and hear! They can also jump to where you are in the scene or replay the beginning of the scene. This is amazing. Who says playing eroge is a solo hobby? I hope other companies decide to add similar functions. According to Moonphase Diary, Isin Nisio’s (author) and Vofan’s (Illustrator) light novel 「Kizumonogatari」 — prequel to 「Bakemonogatari」 — will receive an anime adaptation.

P.A Works 10th anniversary work Hana-Saku Iroha just got announced, has character designs by Mel Kishida. Hopefully they give the designs more justice than A-1 did with Sora no Woto.... anyway that's Itou Kanae speaking in the promo isn't it?

The official website of the animation studio P.A. Works (true tears, CANAAN, Angel Beats!) is hosting a webpage and promotional video for the studio's 10th anniversary work, Hana-Saku Iroha. The project, which the video describes as "steadily in the works," features original character designs by Mel Kishida (So-Ra-No-Wo-To) and an image song, "Patricia," sung by nano.RIPE. The story centers around Ohana Matsumae, a 16-year-old Tokyo native who ended up working at a onsen ryokan (hot spring inn). Matsumae has yet to decide her future. (Anime News Network)
